- use either Jabal pita or Lebanese breads
- tomato paste or tinned spaghetti
- toppings of your choice
Add a layer of tomato paste or tinned spaghetti.
Spread toppings on a Lebanese bread or pita bread ( we have used roast pumpkin, avocado and feta).
Add a layer of cheese.
Either microwave for 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted, or place in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
