Low Fat Chips
- Either Jabal pita or Lebanese breads
Cut the bread into shapes.
Spray lightly with oil.
Add seasoning if you wish (garlic salt, soup mix, infused oil, parmesan cheese).
Place in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 5-7 minutes, or until the chips are crispy brown.
These are great as part of a meal, with hummus and dips, with a meze, as a low fat nacho chip or to eat with soup.
